The talented 10-year-old autistic boy from Berdyansk Maxim Brovchenko continues to introduce his art to the citizens of Kyiv. The exhibition of his paintings opened at ‘Lavra’ Kyiv Gallery of Art on October 2. 

During the exhibition opening Maksim Brovchenko introduced his Planet A to art lovers, its extraordinary inhabitants, about whom the boy writes a fantastic book, and he called for love, kindness, and tolerance once again. Everybody had the opportunity to ask Maksim questions about his art and talk to his mother Oksana, and ‘Child with Future’ Foundation, which is the initiator and organizer of the event.

‘I love to watch the stars and the blue of space. And I am fascinated by those who try to reach it, explore new worlds, and realize their dreams. Elon Musk and Maxim Polyakov are my idols. They are cool and like that they achieve their goals. I would like to meet them. So I painted a picture for each of them.’

Director of ‘Child with Future’ Foundation Irina Sergienko promised that the gift for Elon Musk and Maksym Poliakov will be given to the addressees. ‘Maksim is our joint treasure, who gives the world new art creations every day. We are very happy today to fulfill one of the dreams of our talented artist and we hope that this exhibition will encourage other children to create and the whole society to become more sensitive to the problems of autistic children in Ukraine.’
